As one of the most innovative and in-demand artists in the world, Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ Afrojack continues to push the boundaries of music. Since his breakout with the multi-platinum single “Take Over Control”, the Dutch-born superstar has shaped chart-topping hits for artists like Beyoncé, Pitbull, Will.i.am, and more. Recognized as one of the 50 Most Important People in EDM by Rolling Stone, featured on Forbes’ “30 Under 30”, and immortalized with a stamp in his likeness in the Netherlands, Afrojack has achieved milestones few DJs ever reach — including leaving his handprints on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
In 2021, Afrojack made history as the first DJ to perform during the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final interval act, collaborating with Dutch stars Glennis Grace and Wulf, accompanied by a classical youth orchestra. His performance reached over 200 million households in 41 countries, making it one of the most memorable live shows of his career. A pioneer in live DJ performances, Afrojack was also among the first DJs to secure a Las Vegas residency, and he continues to headline major venues on The Strip and around the globe.
That same year, Afrojack released the worldwide hit “HERO”, a collaboration with David Guetta co-written by Ellie Goulding, Stargate, Ryan Tedder, and Jamie Scott. The track reached #1 on US dance radio, has over 50 million streams, and was nominated for a Grammy Award 2022 in the Best Dance/Electronic Recording category. He also founded Never Sleeps, a genre-free music label and event platform designed to bring artists together regardless of style or background, where EDM, techno, progressive house, and more coexist freely.
Afrojack continues to travel the world, headlining major clubs and festivals while producing new music through his label, Wall Recordings.
